From your application to NexoraDocs, and back.

Your own application (for example the HedefİşAkışı app) sends the document to the NexoraDocs API. If the layout is known, validated values come straight back and fill your screen. If it is new, a user shows it once; NexoraDocs learns and reads it by itself next time.

Three scenarios: a known layout, a new layout and a batch. Each one repeats every few seconds.

The user picks the document in the HedefİşAkışı app; the app sends the file to the NexoraDocs API. NexoraDocs reads the text, extracts the fields and recognises the learned layout. Critical fields are valid: the response is "completed", with the result in the format the app expects. The app fills the fields itself. The user checks them and presses Save.

A new supplier layout arrives; the app again sends the file to the API. A field cannot be found: the response is "needs_review" with a one-time review link. The app opens the link. The user points to the value with the magnifier, and the box snaps to the word. Approve → "Back to application". NexoraDocs learns this layout: no values, only positions. The app pulls the result and fills the fields. When the same layout comes again: straight to scenario 1.
The app sends several documents at once: POST /api/v1/batches. Known layouts are "completed" right away; the app uses them directly. One link for those that need checking: the Documents list opens with only them, browsed with previous/next.
Pull onlyNexoraDocs never pushes data or submits transactions to any system; the user always saves the record.
Protected linkThe review link carries no API key; it is single-use, time-limited and tied to the assigned user.
A learning systemWhat a user shows once becomes a template; templates keep only positions and label words, never values.

Integration is optional: you can do the same work from the NexoraDocs screen

You can start without connecting an API. A user uploads the document to NexoraDocs, checks the values by eye, and copies them into the target system or downloads a file. Learned layouts work here too.

Copy in your target's format (Maestro, or HedefİşAkışı field by field) or download a .txt.

Documents and values in the animations are synthetic. Security and compliance depend on the deployed configuration and your organisation's approval processes. NexoraDocs is a working name.
